Project dynamics permitting, we are happy to work with landowners, introducers, Institutions and organisations who control sites but are unable to act due to, lack of required sector expertise, requirement to preserve capital/risk share, conflicts of interest or even just due to the project being stalled.
Our role is to step in as a proven development partner to manage all aspects of project delivery, from site appraisal and due diligence, planning management, SPV structuring, senior debt and equity raise, construction procurement, development management, sales and marketing and or continued asset management.
Our Joint Venture format also seeks to recognise a priority return land value determined by RICS “red book” bank valuation, payable to the partner before development profit is distributed on a 50/50 basis following payment of all associated project costs and senior debt/equity.
